All items are sold, as-is, where-is.  Bulk lists are sight unseen.  Individual items are based on photos only (extra photos may be available on request).  Winning bidders will be invoiced and must pay within 5 business days.  After signing Bill of Sale and payment, buyers have 10 days to arrange truck pickup in Edmonton.

The Seller will load your truck.  All sales are final.

Sale & Condition

All items are offered by closed bid
Bulk lists are sold sight unseen and individual items are sold as-is, where-is from photos only.  Extra photos may be available on request.
All goods are said to be unused and are sold without warranty or guarantee of condition, fitness, or completeness; no inspection is provided.

Bidding, Payment & Award

Bids must be submitted within the stated window or via email.
All offers are subject to final approval and winning bidders will be notified by email. 
Payment must be received within 5 business days of invoice date via EFT or wire transfer.
All sales are final with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Removal, Logistics & Default

Once Bill of Sale is signed and payment is confirmed, buyers have 10 days to arrange truck pickup at the designated location (owner will load; buyer covers all costs, transport, and permits). 
Failure to pay or remove items within the timeframe may result in forfeiture and re-listing. 
Seller reserves the right to accept, or decline offers at their sole discretion.
