This listing features an, unused Alfa Laval OFX 40 (also referred to as X40) nozzle bowl type disc stack centrifuge system. The unit is specifically designed for high-capacity crude oil dehydration and desalting, capable of processing up to 380 m³/h (57,000 bpd). It is particularly well-suited for the treatment of heavy crude oil and can handle significant variations in feed composition.

The package is skid-mounted and includes the main centrifuge unit, a 330 kW ABB drive motor, and a Pepperl+Fuchs ATEX-rated HMI control panel with a stainless steel enclosure. The system features Alfa Laval's patented OPTIPHASER™ automatic oil/water interface control system, which ensures consistent separation performance without requiring manual operator intervention. The bowl casing is ASME compatible for pressurized operation up to 400 kPa(g) at 130°C.
